Æblerøræg (Apple scrambled eggs)

Per person:
One half cooking apple sliced
        (e.g. Belle de Boskoop or like; Red Aroma and Holsteiner Cox can also be used).
1 egg.
A litle olive oil

Beat the eggs lightly together to become a little homogenious.
Cook the apples in a pot at fairly low temperature until a little soft.
Add the eggs and cook while stirring for a few minutes.
The appleegg will not be as solid as normal scrambled eggs.

Serve from the pot or a nice plate.
